L’evoluzione dei Weblog nel mondo delle aziende. Mentre i Blog vengono usati per comunicare impressioni, sensazioni e opinioni di una persona o di una comunità d’interessi, i “Corporate Blogs” pubblicano notizie inerenti ad un&amp;#8217;azienda, ad un distretto industriale o da un progetto destinato ad un relativo mercato di riferimento.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I &lt;strong&gt;vantaggi dell’adozione di un corporate blog&lt;/strong&gt; sono molteplici:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;incremento delle visibilità dell’azienda su internet;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ridefinizione del rapporto tra cliente e fornitore del servizio;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ridefinizione dell’immagine dell’aziendale;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;disponibilità di un media flessibile che può essere utilizzato in maniera sia orizzontale che verticale a più livelli e da più funzionil aziendali.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Per quanto riguarda l’&lt;strong&gt;aumento della visibilità&lt;/strong&gt; dell’azienda bisogna tener conto che il page ranking (in due parole è il metodo con cui un motore dispone i risultati di una ricerca) dei blog è più elevato rispetto a quello dei siti tradizionali. Questo perché i blog sono sia mediamente più linkati rispetto ai siti normali, sia aggiornati mediamente una volta a settimana (contro l’aggiornamento semestrale dei siti). A parità di contenuti la posizione di un blog rispetto a quello di un sito normale sarà mediamente più alta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In realtà il &lt;strong&gt;vantaggio strategico&lt;/strong&gt; in merito alla visibilità e in termini di comunicazione è legato da un lato sia all’apertura di un &lt;strong&gt;canale di CRM flessibile&lt;/strong&gt;, sia all’interazione dei blog con nuove tecnologie come i feed RSS (Really Simple Syndication o Rich site summary). Grazie a questo formato xml è possibile avere una rassegna dei nuovi contenuti trovati su molteplici pagine web senza passare dalle rispettive home page. Ciò rende i contenuti del blog molto più facili da diffondere e da condividere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;L’altro vantaggio fondamentale è legato alla maggiore interattività dei blog rispetto ai siti tradizionali: la differenza tra sito e blog è fondamentale se facciamo riferimento al modello lineare o circolare di comunicazione che si instaura tra azienda e cliente/utente. Nel sito predomina il concetto di transizione con la presenza di una comunicazione lineare dall’azienda al cliente. Nel blog è insito il principio di retroazione e di feedback. L’azienda propone il messaggio ma con il meccanismo dei commenti può subito conoscere la reazione del potenziale target, e in funzione di questa, la &lt;strong&gt;comunicazione aziendale può essere ricalibrata o approfondita&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Con questo sistema l’azienda percepisce quello che normalmente viene definito come rumore, “buzz”, imparando a capire le abitudini, i pregiudizi, il modo di esprimersi del consumatore, un’azienda può raccogliere informazioni fondamentali, spunti e felici intuizioni. Per avere un po’ il polso dei corporate blog è interessante visionare un interessante ricerca che mette a confronto e classifica le linee giuda e le policy per i corporate blog di IBM, YAHOO!, GROOVE, SUN e altri.&lt;/p&gt;

L’evoluzione dei Weblog nel mondo delle aziende. Mentre i Blog vengono usati per comunicare impressioni, sensazioni e opinioni di una persona o di una comunità d’interessi, i “Corporate Blogs” pubblicano notizie inerenti ad un&amp;#8217;azienda, ad un distretto industriale o da un progetto destinato ad un relativo mercato di riferimento.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I &lt;strong&gt;vantaggi dell’adozione di un corporate blog&lt;/strong&gt; sono molteplici:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Per quanto riguarda l’&lt;strong&gt;aumento della visibilità&lt;/strong&gt; dell’azienda bisogna tener conto che il page ranking (in due parole è il metodo con cui un motore dispone i risultati di una ricerca) dei blog è più elevato rispetto a quello dei siti tradizionali. Questo perché i blog sono sia mediamente più linkati rispetto ai siti normali, sia aggiornati mediamente una volta a settimana (contro l’aggiornamento semestrale dei siti). A parità di contenuti la posizione di un blog rispetto a quello di un sito normale sarà mediamente più alta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In realtà il &lt;strong&gt;vantaggio strategico&lt;/strong&gt; in merito alla visibilità e in termini di comunicazione è legato da un lato sia all’apertura di un &lt;strong&gt;canale di CRM flessibile&lt;/strong&gt;, sia all’interazione dei blog con nuove tecnologie come i feed RSS (Really Simple Syndication o Rich site summary). Grazie a questo formato xml è possibile avere una rassegna dei nuovi contenuti trovati su molteplici pagine web senza passare dalle rispettive home page. Ciò rende i contenuti del blog molto più facili da diffondere e da condividere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;L’altro vantaggio fondamentale è legato alla maggiore interattività dei blog rispetto ai siti tradizionali: la differenza tra sito e blog è fondamentale se facciamo riferimento al modello lineare o circolare di comunicazione che si instaura tra azienda e cliente/utente. Nel sito predomina il concetto di transizione con la presenza di una comunicazione lineare dall’azienda al cliente. Nel blog è insito il principio di retroazione e di feedback. L’azienda propone il messaggio ma con il meccanismo dei commenti può subito conoscere la reazione del potenziale target, e in funzione di questa, la &lt;strong&gt;comunicazione aziendale può essere ricalibrata o approfondita&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Con questo sistema l’azienda percepisce quello che normalmente viene definito come rumore, “buzz”, imparando a capire le abitudini, i pregiudizi, il modo di esprimersi del consumatore, un’azienda può raccogliere informazioni fondamentali, spunti e felici intuizioni. Per avere un po’ il polso dei corporate blog è interessante visionare un interessante ricerca che mette a confronto e classifica le linee giuda e le policy per i corporate blog di IBM, YAHOO!, GROOVE, SUN e altri.&lt;/p&gt;
